For small teams building something new

Think with
your AI.
Build with
your people.

What your teammate learns can change your next move.

Noema brings your team’s findings and decisions into the work you’re doing with your own AI.

See it happen

Maya learns something.
Arjun can build on it, in his own AI.

I was about to polish our waste-log prototype. What should I work on next?

Noema / Café pilotInside your AI

Dev already logs food waste. His harder problem is deciding how much to prepare tomorrow.

Your AI Using Maya’s shared finding

Before polishing the waste log, test whether preparation planning is the bigger problem. Maya’s interview gives us a lead. Test both needs with a few more cafés before choosing what to build.

The collaboration loop

One person figures it out.
Everyone gets further.

Good work happens in separate conversations. Noema gives it a shared place to go.

Three collaborators developing their own ideas and sharing selected notes.
  1. 01

    Keep thinking with your AI.

Research, question, draft and explore in your own conversation.

    Your private thinking
  2. 02

    Share what helps the project.

Choose a finding, question or decision to add to Noema, with its source.

    A shared project
  3. 03

Build on what your people know.

Open the project in your AI. Use the latest shared thinking to move your own work forward.

    A better-informed next move

Connect once. Open when you need it. Add the Noema connector, create or join a project, then ask your AI to open it. Your teammates do the same in their own accounts.

The work between the meetings

Less catching up.
More building on.

The useful question is always: “What does this mean for what I’m doing?”

01Before a customer call

“What should I ask, given what we’ve learned?”

Your AI uses the team’s findings and open questions to help you prepare. Share the useful discoveries after the call.

02When a decision needs making

“What do we know, and what are we assuming?”

Compare the evidence with your AI. Record your decision and reasoning in Noema, with your name attached and different views still visible.

03When you return to the project

“What changed that affects my work?”

Catch up through your own AI, explore the implications and choose your next move. Your tasks stay in the tools where you manage them.

The same loop. A wider view.

Useful things happen
outside your team, too.

“Café teams can now record discarded food and view daily waste totals.”

A candidate to review. Your project’s direction stays yours to decide.

Planned workflow: you choose the sources and authorise scheduled checks. No live feeds are connected in this preview.

You choose what travels.

Your private chats stay private. Share selected material with a project you choose.

Your AI does the thinking.

Noema keeps the shared evidence and decisions available while your assistant helps you reason.

You decide what changes.

A finding can inform your work without becoming a team decision or changing a task.

A few practical things

Before you jump in.

Who is this for?

We’re starting with small teams turning an idea into a product or business: cofounders, collaborators and people who already use AI to figure things out.

Where do I use Noema?

The intended experience is an interactive Noema view inside your Claude or ChatGPT conversation. Connect Noema, choose your project and ask your assistant to open it. Your teammates can work from their own AI accounts against the same shared project.

What gets shared with the team?

Only the material you choose to publish to a project, such as a finding and selected source notes. Your private AI conversation is not included. Current and future project members can read the shared project history.

Does a shared finding change our plan?

It can inform someone’s reasoning immediately. Recording a decision is a separate, deliberate action, attributed to the person who records it. Different views remain visible. Task ownership, deadlines and status remain in your existing task tool.

Can I use it today?

Noema is in development. This is a working illustration of the intended experience, with fictional content and simulated AI responses. Live AI connections and scheduled source checks are not connected here. We’re looking for teams to help shape the product.

What Maya chose to share

The customer’s words.

Fictional interview with Dev · selected notes shared by Maya

MayaHow do you keep track of food waste today?

DevWe write down what gets thrown away in a spreadsheet at the end of the day.

MayaWhat is the harder part?

DevI still don’t know how much to make tomorrow. Some days we run out; other days we have too much.

A lead to investigate.

One café’s experience suggests another need worth testing. It does not establish market demand or settle the team’s decision.

These are the complete sample notes attached to this finding. Maya’s private conversation is not included.

Review before sharing

Let the team build on this.

Proposed research questions · drafted by Arjun with his AI

  1. How do you decide how much to prepare for tomorrow?
  2. Tell me about the last time you made too much or ran out.
  3. What do you change after reviewing your waste log?

Included: these three questions and a link to Maya’s already-shared finding.

Shared with Café pilot: Maya, Priya and Arjun. Future project members can read shared history.

Your private chat stays private. This is a proposal, so the team’s decisions and tasks stay as they are.
